Mosquitoes
are well known by most people became of their pesky biting
habit. Of greater concern, they are very important as carriers
of numerous human diseases such as malaria yellow fever
encephalitis and West Nile, just to name a few. Adults are
about 1/8-3/4” long the body and legs are usually covered
with scales. They are mostly gray to dark and have two wings.
